| ECSOFiM: Economic and Social of Fisheries and Marine had been accredited rank 2 (Sinta 2) by Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of The Republic of Indonesia) (SK. N0. 14/E/KPT/2019). This accreditation status is valid for 5 (five) years, starting from Volume 6 No. 1 (2018) to Volume 10 No. 2 (2023). The decree of accreditation status can be seen by clicking this link, and the accreditation certificate can be seen above this announcement post. In early 2023, ECSOFIM is currently in the process of re-accreditation.  |

| Authors willing to submit their manuscript to ECSOFiM must process it online (OJS/Open Journal System) through the ECSOFiM website (www.ecsofim.ub.ac.id) by registering or login. Authors who submit their manuscripts through email or manual/postal submission will not be processed. Authors are encouraged to see the Author Guideline, Online Submission Guideline, and Journal Template for further information on manuscript submission. |

Welcome to the ECSOFiM (Economic and Social of Fisheries and Marine). ECSOFiM published by Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Universitas Brawijaya in cooperation with the Indonesian Marine and Fisheries Socio-Economics Research Network (IMFISERN). ECSOFiM first published in 2013. ECSOFIM is an open-access journal, which became a scientific forum for students, lecturer, and researchers to publish the results of research within the scope of "Economic and Social Fisheries and Marine Resources". This journal contains research results related to the research fields of the economic fisheries resource, trade and business, and social fisheries and marine. ECSOFiM accepted submission articles shall never been published elsewhere, original and not under consideration for other publications (For checking Plagiarism, ECSOFiM Editorial Board will screen plagiarism with using Turnitin Program. If it is found plagiarism indication (above 20%), the editorial board will automatically reject the manuscript immediately. Since October 2016 we are a proud member of CROSSREF. ECSOFiM DOI prefix is 10.21776. Therefore, all articles published by ECSOFiM will have a unique DOI number. ECSOFiM has been accredited Rank 2 (SINTA 2) by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of The Republic of Indonesia) (SK. N0. 14/E/KPT/2019) starting from Volume 6, No 1 (2018) to Volume 10, No 2 (2023). In early 2023, ECSOFIM is currently in the process of re-accreditation of SINTA.
